A clinic orders labs from the account it already uses.

02Authorize
A licensed clinician authorizes the order.
Every lab order carries a licensed clinician's authorization, recorded with their licence for the patient's state and a number that reaches them day and night if a result is critical.

03Collect
The patient picks the way to give the sample.
Thousands of draw sites across the country, a phlebotomist at home or at work, an at-home collection kit shipped to the door, or a draw in your own office. Whichever the patient chooses, it lands on the same order.

04Result
The result arrives, with its whole history.
Results come back on the order. A corrected result is a new version beside the old one, never a silent overwrite. A critical value goes to a person at once, and the clock keeps escalating until someone acknowledges it.

05Review
A clinician reads it and decides what comes next.
The ordering clinician sees the result where they placed the order, with the patient's history on the same record. Device readings from a patient's wearable can sit beside the labs, with the patient's permission.

06Prescribe
The prescription goes out on the same account.
The prescriber writes and signs on the pad. Nine checks run on the server, from licence to ship-to state, and a licensed pharmacy in our network fills it and ships to the patient, or ships office-use supply to your practice, in all 50 states and DC.
