Every location, one organization.
Brands, franchises and management groups run all their clinics in one TrueRoute organization. Each location orders for its own patients, each is set up with the programs and prices you agree with us, and your group roles see across all of them.
- Every location. Each with its own team, patients and orders.
- Group roles. See and manage across every location.
- Prices per location. Set up with you, with every change recorded.
At a glance.
Brands, franchises and management groups.
- Every location in one organization, each seeing only its own patients
- Account pricing and programs set per location
- Group-level roles that see across every location

Run several locations from one account.
We set up the group’s clinics with you and switch on what each one orders. After that, each location runs on its own and your group roles see the whole picture.
Locations
Each clinic in the group has its own team, prescribers, delivery addresses and order history. A clinic sees its own orders and prices; a group administrator can review each clinic’s catalog.
Roles
Prescribers, clinical staff, billing and administrators each get the actions their role needs, at a location or across the group. A billing user can pay for an order but cannot write a prescription.
Prices and fees
Each location’s prices and fees are set up with you and versioned: who changed a price, when, from what, to what, and why.
Nothing open by default
A location can order only what has been switched on for it, so a new clinic starts with exactly what you agreed.
Adding a location.
Opening a new clinic is a short conversation with us, not a new contract or a new portal.
- 1
Tell us about it
Its name, address, delivery locations and who will order.
- 2
We add it
Under your organization, with its prescribers, their licences, staff and billing.
- 3
Switched on
The programs and prices you agreed for that location.
- 4
It starts ordering
Its orders appear in its own list and in the group’s view.
Your group runs on an EHR?
Connect it once at the group, then switch each location on. A location added later reaches TrueRoute only once it is granted, so access is never inherited by accident.
Questions groups ask.
Can a group run all its clinics in one account?
Yes. Brands, franchises and management groups run all their clinics in one TrueRoute organization. Each location orders for its own patients, and your group roles see across all of them.
How do we add a new location?
Tell us its name, address, delivery locations and who will order. We add it under your organization with its prescribers, their licenses, staff and billing, switch on the programs and prices you agreed for it, and it starts ordering. It is a short conversation, not a new contract or a new portal.
Does each location keep its own patients and orders?
Yes. Each location keeps its own team, patients and orders, and its orders appear in its own list and in the group’s view. That boundary is enforced by the database rather than by the screen.
Can each location have its own programs and prices?
Yes. Each location is set up with the programs and prices you agree with us, and every change to an account’s price is recorded: who, when, from what, to what, and why.
What roles can people on our team have?
Clinic roles include a clinic administrator, prescribers, staff and billing, and a group has its own roles that see across its locations. Each role does only what it needs to: a billing user can pay for orders without prescribing.
Our group runs on an EHR. Can we connect it once?
Yes, once that EHR or platform is an approved integration partner. It connects once at the group, then each location is switched on. A location added later reaches TrueRoute only once it is granted, so access is never inherited by accident.
Tell us about your group.
How many locations, what they order today and who orders. We’ll set up the organization with you.
